In this three-session program, led by our very own Registered Dietitian, patients with type 2 diabetes will learn tools to dominate their disease. Some of these helpful tools include healthy eating habits, an active lifestyle, regular blood sugar monitoring, healthy coping mechanisms, and diabetes medications. Patients will also learn how to reduce risks, and problem solve.

Participants must be an established patient of La Pine Community Health Center.
