Our most recent expansion of services is in our Behavioral Health department. The team of skilled Behavioral Health providers has grown to a team of six--each one uniquely equipped to help you with things like anxiety, depression, addition, lifestyle changes, mental illness, developmental disorders, sleep challenges, coping with chronic illness, building healthy habits, and so much more.

Occupational Therapy
As on Occupational Therapist, Jillian empowers individuals to build skills like self-care, cooking, and time management, helping them become more independent and confident in daily life. She supports people of all ages by understanding their physical, emotional, and mental health needs, creating personalized care plans, and guiding them toward specialists when needed. Jillian encourages healthier lifestyles by identifying risks, promoting mental well-being through screenings, and teaching ways to manage stress effectively. She collaborates with doctors, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide well-rounded, supportive care for every patient. Jillian inspires patients and families with tools and strategies to manage stress, develop healthy habits, and face challenges with resilience, then celebrates progress, adjusts care plans as needed, and connects patients with helpful resources to support their success and well-being.
Psychology
As a Psychologist, Brian provides short-term therapy to guide and support patients and partners with primary care teams to support mental and emotional well-being. He identifies and understands behavioral health needs like anxiety, depression, substance use, sleep difficulties, stress, and challenges linked to chronic illness. He teaches helpful tools and strategies for managing challenges and building resilience and enhances overall health by integrating mental wellness into medical care. Brian is focused on helping patients achieve better health and a happier, more balanced life.
Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA)
Austin collaborates with school staff to create a caring environment and trains teachers to recognize and address mental health needs. He provides individual counseling, group therapy, and immediate help during mental health crises to support students with stress, anxiety, depression, and other challenges. Austin leads workshops and seminars to teach students, teachers, and parents about mental health, reducing stigma and promoting understanding. He connects students and families with outside resources, such as therapists and community services, for extra support. Austin develops and implements school-wide programs to promote mental wellness, proactive care, and ongoing support. He also monitors student progress, adjusts plans as needed, and ensures a positive school environment that values mental health and well-being for everyone.
Peer Wellness Support
As a Peer Wellness Specialist, Dawn helps adults set personal goals, create steps to reach them, and teaches and encourages adults to value their own recovery journey. She teaches healthy ways to cope and use self-help strategies, leads peer support groups to build connection and understanding, supports adults in making crisis plans for challenging times, teaches problem-solving skills to handle life’s challenges and assists adults in managing anxiety related to work and building confidence.
Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Sally diagnoses mental health conditions to create the best care plan. She provides therapy to support emotional well-being and personal growth, helps patients learn about mental health and how to stay mentally strong, makes sure mental health medicines are working well and safely, supports patients in managing their mental health to feel their best and uses therapy to build confidence, resilience, and a happier life.
Behavioral Health Manager
AJ follows up with patients to see how treatments are working and alerts the primary care provider if improvements aren’t happening. She helps diagnose conditions and create effective treatment plans, works with other healthcare providers to coordinate care, and supports the Behavioral Health team by sharing updates and communicating about treatment change. AJ provides brief, evidence-based counseling, using techniques like motivational interviewing, behavioral activation, and problem-solving and plans and manages important programs and services for mental health and substance use care.
